Top 5 Unique Features in the New Kia Syros Compact SUV

The Kia Syros compact SUV has been unveiled and will be available for sale next month, with bookings opening on January 3, 2025. Here are the top five unique features that make the Kia Syros stand out:

  1. Flush-Fitted Door Handles
The Syros has flush-fitted door handles that give the car a smooth and modern look. To open the doors, you push from the front and pull from the back.
  2. Trinity Panoramic Display
Instead of just two screens, the Syros has three integrated displays that form a panoramic panel nearly 30 inches wide. These include a 12.3-inch customizable digital instrument cluster, a 5-inch climate control screen, and a 12.3-inch infotainment screen. This system runs on the same software used in Kia’s flagship EV, the EV9.
  3. Over-the-Air (OTA) Software Updates
The Kia Syros can receive software updates over the air. This includes updates for various systems like the powertrain, display, and driver assistance features, which can be done from home without needing a visit to the service center.
  4. Sliding & Reclining Rear Seats with Ventilation
The rear seats of the Syros can slide and recline, giving passengers more legroom and comfort, especially on long trips. These seats also have a ventilation feature that blows cool air through perforations, perfect for hot weather in India.
  5. ADAS Level 2
The Kia Syros comes with Level 2 Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS), which include 16 safety features like Forward Collision-Avoidance Assist, Lane Keep Assist, Blind View Monitor, and Parking Collision Avoidance Assist. These features provide extra safety and peace of mind while driving.
