Royal Enfield motorcycles are very popular in India, and the company has some exciting new models planned for 2025. These include the Classic 650, Scram 440, Interceptor 750, Himalayan 750, and GT 750. Let’s look at each one in more detail.
Royal Enfield Classic 650
The Classic 650 was revealed last year, along with the Bear 650, and is expected to launch sometime in 2025. It will have a 648cc parallel-twin engine that produces 46.3 bhp and 52.3 Nm of torque. This engine will be paired with a 6-speed gearbox and a slipper clutch.
The Classic 650 will have 43mm Showa telescopic front forks (not USD forks) and rear shocks with 90mm travel. It will ride on 19/18-inch spoke wheels and keep the classic design that people love.
Scram 440
The Scram 440 is expected to launch in early 2025. It is a more urban version of the Himalayan. The Scram 440 will have a slightly improved engine with better bore size and smoother performance. It will be paired with a 6-speed transmission and deliver strong power and torque. The bike will look similar to the current model, but with a few improvements.
Interceptor 750
Royal Enfield is working on a new 750cc parallel twin engine. This new engine will make 5-7 bhp more than the current 650cc engine. It will be smoother and provide more torque. The new Interceptor 750 will have 19-inch wheels and dual front brake discs, according to spy photos. This new engine will also be used in other models later on.
GT 750
The GT 750 will also feature the new 750cc engine. It will have a retro cafe racer style, with a new bikini fairing and a race plate on the side panel, similar to the Bear 650. The new GT 750 will have more power and torque than the current GT 650. It will also have twin disc brakes at the front and 18-inch wheels. Expect to see this model by the end of 2025.
Himalayan 750
Royal Enfield’s Himalayan will also get a new 750cc engine. It will be more road-focused compared to the Himalayan 450, which is better for off-roading. The Himalayan 750 will be a great touring bike, with a comfortable engine for long rides. It will have a unique design and features like:
