Which should you buy: the Kia Sonet 1.0 T-GDi petrol or the Tata Nexon 1.5 petrol automatic?

I drive about 1,000 km each month, mostly in the city, I am a college student and my budget is around ₹10-15 lakh. I am looking for a new car, comfortable for daily use, easy to drive in traffic, and reasonable on running cost. Please suggest me best car for my usage and considering my budget.

CarBikeGPT says: Given your profile—college student, ~1,000 km/month, mostly city use, budget ₹10-15 lakh—we believe the Tata Nexon 1.5 petrol automatic is the better all-round choice for you. It offers more ease in everyday driving, better composure for city traffic, and good practicality.

However, if you’re strongly drawn to sporty driving feel, want a lower‐cost entry version and are comfortable driving a manual, the Kia Sonet 1.0 T-GDi petrol remains a worthy option. If you choose the Sonet, pick a variant with decent features (as safety and comfort specs vary significantly).
