Kia Syros: Bookings Open at Midnight Today – All You Need to Know About the Variants

Kia is ready to enter the sub-4m SUV market with the Syros, and bookings have officially started in India. You can now reserve your Syros by paying Rs 25,000. The car will be launched on February 1, 2025, and deliveries will begin in mid-February. The Syros will be available in six different trims: HTK, HTK (O), HTK+, HTX, HTX+, and HTX+ (O). Let’s look at the details of each variant.

Kia Syros: Engine Options and Features

The Syros will come with two engine options:

  • A 1.0L turbocharged petrol engine
  • A 1.5L diesel engine

It will have both manual and automatic transmission options.

HTK Variant

The HTK is the entry-level variant, available only with the 1.0L turbo petrol engine and a six-speed manual transmission.

Exterior features include:

  • 15-inch steel wheels
  • Halogen headlights
  • Shark fin antenna
  • Silver skid plates in the front and rear

Interior features include:

  • Dual-tone grey and black seats with semi-leather material
  • 12.3-inch touchscreen with wireless phone mirroring

HTK (O) Variant

The HTK (O) is a step up from the base variant with extra features. It adds:

The diesel engine is also available starting from this variant.

HTK+ Variant

The HTK+ introduces automatic transmission for the 1.0L turbo petrol engine, making it the most affordable automatic variant.
